Ms. Penny is awesome, very professional and knowledgeable, I've been going here for years now, they always offer me water if there is any wait and they are quick. Penny and Jonathan are extremely discriminatory and unprofessional. These individuals should be ashamed of their childish behaviors! Asides from not answering the phone, and canceling multiple appointments, they will definitely get you audited with the IRS as they continuously make errors. They have no idea what they are doing. Save yourself the time and money. Do NOT trust them with your tax documents; you will regret it!
Went to Penny McLendon for my 2021 taxes. Received a letter in July 2023 that I was audited and owed over $7000. I called and was told to email the letter, which I sent on 7/7 and owed a response to the IRS by 7/20. Still TO THIS DAY Penny has not called me to resolve. I called over 7 times and emailed over 5 times. Had to get an extension from the IRS and a tax attorney to help resolve the problem. Found out Penny made a major mistake on my tax return regarding my 1099 reported income. Not to mention trying to get my taxes ... read more
