Very poor customer service went there to do business and they refused my service got there at 8:45 they didn’t close till 9:00 the man said he was gonna punch me in the face. Please do not do business there.
Ms. Penny is awesome, very professional and knowledgeable, I've been going here for years now, they always offer me water if there is any wait and they are quick. The front desk is also very helpful, everyone is real easy to talk to and welcoming. I definitely recommend all my friends to go get their taxes done here. Much love for Express Tax Specialists!
Penny and Jonathan are extremely discriminatory and unprofessional. These individuals should be ashamed of their childish behaviors! Asides from not answering the phone, and canceling multiple appointments, they will definitely get you audited with the IRS as they continuously make errors. They have no idea what they are doing. Save yourself the time and money. Do NOT trust them with your tax documents; you will regret it!
Went to Penny McLendon for my 2021 taxes. Received a letter in July 2023 that I was audited and owed over $7000. I called and was told to email the letter, which I sent on 7/7 and owed a response to the IRS by 7/20. Still TO THIS DAY Penny has not called me to resolve. I called over 7 times and emailed over 5 times. Had to get an extension from the IRS and a tax attorney to help resolve the problem.
