I called Wednesday to try to meet with someone to file my taxes … the person on the phone said I can get a free quote if I send my documents. He gave me his WhatsApp I got in contact with him I sent him my information….. Thursday I asked for an update he said he was sorry it’s been busy and that he would work on it right away . I will never again use this company, I would not recommend anyone go to them and if you do make sure you have all of your documents. Berenice did my taxes and she tried to manipulate me into thinking that the charges they charged me were no true. They wrote me a check from the company instead of getting direct deposit or my check from IRS, my taxes were filed on February 7th. Almost three weeks later I had to be the one to follow up since I didn't see the direct deposit, and when she checked she later told me that they got i... read more
