Ferris is a very friendly, professional and efficient at preparing taxes. I received his flyer last year, made the appointment, and was very pleased with his professionalism. He made sure no detail was left out, and that I would recieve the most from my refund. I was even able to refer my ex husband, and he was pleased as well.
