Express Tax has done my taxes and accounting needs for the past 10 years. When I had my export business, Roger did a great job in maximizing my benefits fairly and expertly. He is easy to explain things about finances and taxation.
Very bad customer service, slow service, and he did a mistake with my address and when I called asking why it’s taking too long he said it takes more than a month and after two days I called again he said the cheque is delivered two weeks ago !! And when I checked I found out that he didn’t put the unit number only the building address and now it’s two months and still waiting for the CRA to respond or send it again. Never coming back here.
