We bought a reconditioned stairlift from Express Stairlifts in 2021. It was a godsend. Express Stairlifts came super quickly and installed it with a minimum of fuss. It performed almost flawlessly for three years. On the two occasions there was a minor issue, Express came out and fixed it very quickly. Can't fault the service or the product, it was a brilliant experience. Highly recommend the company to anyone unsure where to go - a good local Cornish business.

This is the second stairlift we have from this company. This time for my own house for when my mom stays over. After I had already placed an order (Due to fit in a week or so) my mom was taken ill and had to move in with me immediately. I made a phone call to explain the situation and the lift was fitted about a day later. Yet again. absolutely amazing first-class service, great advice and fantastic value for money (I do a lot of research before spending money).

Excellent service from these guys - spoke to them on the Thursday and the stairlift was installed on the Tuesday for my dad who is really struggling. Really great team. Fantastic after sale care also attending in the evening within 2 hours to address a fault which was quickly rectified. Can’t recommend them enough - well done guys
