I rented a mini van and had to travel 13 hours (one way). During my trip, a rock hit and shattered the front windshield and sent glass flying all the way to the row of seats behind the driver's seating. I stopped, called Enterprise and informed them of what just happened. They asked me where the vehicle was located and it just so happened, there was an Enterprise location 1.5 miles away from where I pulled over to stop. I have been renting cars from the Enterprise at 6003 Urbana Pike in Frederick, MD. The management and staff at this facility have provided me with excellent service for the little over 5 months or so I have been renting from them. If you have never rented a car for personal or business use. This location would be an excellent starting point for your first experience. If a veteran of car rentals you will appreciate their attention to detail and your needs fulfilled when you use this location.
