Dealt with Nancy who was very efficient with locating the problem after I paid the agreed $30 diagnostic fee. I found Nancy very helpful, transparent with pricing and fixed my Samsung phone screen on the spot. Nancy will be my go-to technician for phone issues. Highly recommend.
The lady that assisted me is so sweet and done a fantastic job with my ipad service.
Took my phone to get a new screen and they somehow managed to make Face ID unusable and won’t recognise my face and are saying it’s my fault because they don’t touch the Face ID part of the phone, it was working when I gave them the phone to repair and aren’t offering to fix it nor any compensation for breaking it
