Took my phone to get a new screen and they somehow managed to make Face ID unusable and won’t recognise my face and are saying it’s my fault because they don’t touch the Face ID part of the phone, it was working when I gave them the phone to repair and aren’t offering to fix it nor any compensation for breaking it
