Horrible service. Doesn't do what they say they're going to do when it comes to their promotions or commercials. Very hard to get the loans and stuff they say they're going to do and it's very expensive to pay back.
Don't answer the phone and I don't think they cash checks because they took a check cast and sign down, but it's 404pm and they don't close to 630 and no one answers the phone. I've been calling for 25 minutes. Do not come here to cash a check.Waste the time and gas
Came in to see what I needed for a pay day advance.. door says “hassle free.” The lady looked annoyed by me and when I asked what I needed she told me social security card, a whole month of pay stubs, a 30 day bank statement, 3 references, a Michigan ID, a blank check and a deposit form… called check smart they told me I needed an ID, a direct deposit form, and my last pay stub. Check smart seems like the more hassle free option. Lol
