I mad a purchase from this company based on them having a speaker that met the specifications of my speaker enclosure. Their spec was a 5.343 baffle cutout mine was 5.43. Low and behold when the speaker arrived it did not fit. I remeasured my hole and it was correct. I called parts express and Mili said she would be happy to refund my money but the shipping was at my expense. I explained that their website gave incorrect information and she said she needed proof of the measurement by a picture. I did just that. Right after s... read more
Disappointed, I spoke by phone with Joanne Craig, and then (as requested) sent an email for quote on Mickey Thompson Street Tires 13, and shipping info, they never reply back, had to follow up by phone, it seems like they are not interest in doing business.
