Excellent experience all the way through. Mandi was highly professional and accommodating in setting everything up.. Communication was first rate. Sunday pick up in NE TX to 2 DFW locations. Our driver Courtney was safe, knowledgeable and has an incredible personality. They set themselves apart w true customer service!
Now I'm going to be completely honest. I haven't ridden in their cab but I wanted to take a minute to rave about the EXCEPTIONAL customer service I received with Mandi. I was very impressed with the time she took and all the questions I asked her and she had an answer. The rates are pretty reasonable and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT to use if you ever need a cab company! I am very satisfied with this can company and with Mandi I'm sure everyone there has a helpful attitude as well.
