Someone needs to check the drivers. We got a new one a month ago and I saw him flying by on the way to get my family member. They should not be driving self owned vehicles. How do they know what insurance is actually on the car, it could be cancelled for a week before they swnd a notice of cancelled insurance. Do they even look at tracking apps? That will give the answer. We can not say anything or they may treat non speaking people badly and they can not ask for helpb

I worked there for approximately 2 months the Vans are horrible,the seat belts hardly work and some of the drivers almost fell asleep when I was with them! And I told human resources numerous times what was going on with the drivers texting and driving and doing other things I don't want to mention so they found out I told human resources and had a fit so human resources I guess really don't care! Express Medical Transporters were very attentive to my transportation needs to my medical appointment. They were on time and very courteous. I will use them again for my medical appt. needs.
