Worst most unreliable service I have ever dealt with in my entire life! They are consistently inconsistent. My son’s school pays for emt to drive him to an alternative school. Not only have the drivers been aggressive drivers causing him anxiety, they are always late! I mean 30 minutes late, then 50 minutes late even an hour and a half late on several occasions. Today, the called to say their driver would actually be early for the first time ever. We watched for 50 minutes. They never showed up. After driving my son for two ... read more
Horrible service! My sons special ed school uses EMT to transport him to and from school and they are never on time, some mornings haven't even shown up. Multiple times we've gotten calls from school to come pick him up because EMT never showed up to bring him home. 3 times this week the driver in the morning has drove off while my son was out the door walking toward the car! EMT is completely unreliable!
