You need safer, newer, cleaner vehicles. Driver was nice, but the van to transport my wheelchair bound mother was very dirty inside, and didn't have proper straps to hold her in her chair. Part of the van bumper was in the passenger seat. It sounded like it was going to fall apart, and shook my mother around, and hurt her back. Need to do better.
