I had a pick up scheduled for 7 am. I called at 7:30 to see if they were coming. I was told they would be here within 10 minutes. At 7:45 I had to call and cancel my 8 am appointment. I will not use their services again! I do not recommend doing business with them.

Please do not use this medical cab service for no reason. They will not show up they will not answer their phone they're very rude to provide a service that they don't even provide. Medicaid needs to take them off their list for cab rides because they screw everybody I had an appointment eye surgery today and couldn't even get there because they didn't show up and they didn't answer their phone what's cab service ever

Absolutely terrible. Called 15 minutes after my pick up time because no one had showed and was told my driver was on his way. 30 minutes later still no one showed up and when I attempted to call the company no one answered. Had to reschedule a very important appointment.
