Incorrectly filed the paper work which caused the IRS to hold the refund (over a year). He refused to meet or call to discuss the problem and we had to resolve the issue on our own. Please take your business elsewhere.
If there is a negative grading I wound be more than happy to give -ve for poor service. Customer has to wait at least 2 hrs before any service. No respect for customer and no equality. They perform the service for their people first. No no no
