Guy’s !! hands up BE CAREFUL.. one black lady is supervisor over there, they works definitely with Carwash, I swear she getting some $$. I knowed what’s the rules when I rent car for LYFT, when I return, I stop Carwash, cleaned interior/exterior. And she was trying to cleaning fee $50. I was try to understand for what.. cause already car was clean. I get my pics… and I left. I was doing Lyft couple more hour I come back for return, as is. Now she charge me $150 lol. it's ok I have been using them for a few months just WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING that's explained . Ramsey explains everything in detail. KEEP UP WITH THE RENTAL FEES so you don't get confused with charges.
First time Lyft/Flex pick up. Easy to find . Very friendly and informative. They go over every detail...(Also,in APP you choose your prices,so you know about personal miles and they tell you, there's no phone so contact app or bring in for service.... They go over paperwork and inspect car with you/agree on prior damage before you leave...
