it's ok I have been using them for a few months just WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING that's explained . Ramsey explains everything in detail. KEEP UP WITH THE RENTAL FEES so you don't get confused with charges.
First time Lyft/Flex pick up. Easy to find . Very friendly and informative. They go over every detail...(Also,in APP you choose your prices,so you know about personal miles and they tell you, there's no phone so contact app or bring in for service.... They go over paperwork and inspect car with you/agree on prior damage before you leave...

I used Flexdrive in Baltimore to rent a car through a rideshare company the other day, one which I was completely new and clueless to. Let me tell ya, Ramsey and Kia helped me with every step of the way and were very accommodating and cordial. Customer service was excellent, and they went the extra mile when I had complications with a vehicle, no hassles. IDK too much about the company itself, but these 2 represented very well, to me at least. Recommend strongly. Come visit
