didn’t have any problems with this company or the people. I know they have long days, but they are very helpful and patient and understanding. I had my rental for a little under a year. if not for moving I’d stick with them. definitely got me through these months more easily
I have never experienced where none of the agents say the same thing. Nobody knows what they are talking about. So I will be filing a lawsuit because I have my evidence. The worst ever
They have gone into my account 3 different times now and I have never even gotten a car from them if you like frustration try them 😩🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬they are incompetent how can you go in my account so many times and I will be taking legal action against them because I lost my rental that I actually had because they keep going in my account and they don’t return calls.
10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND thru flex drive, only if it’s your last result. 1st, if you are a full time driver, an electric car is NOT your best option. The amount of times I had to charge the car and the time it took was absolutely ridiculous. I would let it get to about 50% the least, and to get to 80% not even 100, it took 30 minutes, if you wanted 100% easily two hours. 2nd, I’m convinced they DO NOT inspect their cars before they give them to you, the car was dirty inside, low windshield fluid, headlight was out and the car ... read more
