Honest with Excellent customer service. I've been coming here for over a decade. once I was a drunk A-hole and they still treated me decent. Very good people work here.. over the years I think I seen one bank teller work his way up all the way to the manager. and if he's not a manager he should be. Roy you'r the man!!! Thank You ECU
The company as a whole is good once your a member they will help you tremendously. But their systems are out dated, their app is a pain in the butt to use. If you have a loan through them the only way to make a principal only payment is to call in. And you have to do it after your monthly payment is made or it won’t go through as principal only. Other places you can just go on the pp and tack principal only payment on with your monthly which is great and makes it so much easier. Over all good company NEEDS TO UPDATE SYSTEMS ... read more
