I have been a customer for nearly 10 years, but I have been experiencing some extremely poor customer service in the last month. I initially called in May to get my lost Credit Card replaced, but the person who ordered it sent me a Debit card instead (I do not even have a checking account here). I then called again on 6/4/24 and the woman whom I spoke to said she would have expedited delivery made to the branch and someone would call me to come pick it up.
