Thanks for Whilshire Consumer Credit – I received the rudest voice mail from Whilshire Consumer Credit which was setup by "Express Cash Network" for a car title loan, after being two days late on my payment. I called the company to make a payment over the phone. A drunk guy answers the phone with a loud Mexican music in the background. First thing he said is whats your account number.
