Poor customer service. Unable to communicate in a proffessional, respectful manner. After wks of confirming a rental car for Aug 26/24 after 1pm & no later than 2:00pm a sales clerk stated they needed a specific time. I explained for medical reasons can only say after 1pm, and closer to 2pm; definitely no later than 2pm. Days later on the same day as promised I confirmed 2pm (Even have a voicemail recording fom Express confirming 2pm) Express rental called my insurance mechanic to say the car cannot be delivered to the mecha... read more
