I've been a customer of over 3 digital business mailboxes with them for over 3 years. They cancelled my business mailbox with iPostal1 with only 1 week's notice. I didn't have time to transition to a new mailbox before I lost the privileges of my very important mailbox. I now have to update my mailing address with dozens of suppliers including important government information and key business partnerships. Why was it handled this way? I was referred to this place to get some finger prints for my elderly dad !procedure he needed in order to get housing, the employee who was taking care of us was very nice and professional! But There was this lady who seemed like the manager who was instructing all employees who were there this lady was so unprofessional and very rude she literally told her employee that we needed to move out of her way like if we would not here here we were right there ,hello we are there for a reason horrible customer service by owners of... read more
Super friendly but waaaaaay too expensive. Shipped a very small and light item and was charged more for shipping and packaging than the same process at UPS (which is the vendor they used). The upcharge felt very unnecessary.
