Used this billing co for a short time. Unfortunately, extremely difficult to actually speak with the owner when had questions or concerns. Most calls taken by other employees, messages taken, no return calls. I would be given numerous excuses as to why she was out of the office, such as picking up her kid, at the bank, went to run errands, or left for the day, and it was only like 3 in the afternoon.
