Dr. Jepma was nice, but the process of trying to locate his office and contacting the organization was awful. Their phone number says to text them if you want a quick response, so I did and I didn’t get a response. Don't go here. Go to cannabis card Orlando. They're rude and petty. I made a complaint about one of their reps because they were rude to me. Then a week or two later when I tried to renew they got petty and wouldn't service me. Then when they had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to get renewed after telling me to get a new clinic. After that I went to Cannabis Card Orlando and their team was so friendly and kind. I wouldn't go back and I'm happy I changed doctors. I had a massive Anxiety attack felt like a Heart Attack Due to the way the woman spoke to me on the phone. Saying I could never get a card because of a preexisting disability. Wow! That was the 1st time I ever called anyone to ask. Horrible!
The patient representative Kayla and Raquel were extremely helpful with making sure my appointment was set and ready for me, even provided me a ton of great info. They were great and I’d recommend them to anyone!
