During Covid express wasn't letting you try on clothes I bought a dress for $88 I didn't notice it had a black tag and accidentally removed it I came back to exchange because it was too big they clearly told me I had 60 days to return the item when I asked for the manager kimmey was so rood and would not accommodate me I have spent so much money at express for them to not be helpful I couldnot believe it !
