My pictures were not to my satisfaction. my daughter's face is smushed, my other daughter has her arm across her Jersey, my oldest son's name is misspelled on all of the photos and the basketball is not even positioned correctly. thia picture looks very amateur and I am disappointed that with all of the photoshopping done with our session, these issues were not corrected prior to receiving these photos. I was not able to proof prior to purchase and I just recieved the pi ture today from the team coach. Not satisfied.
I ordered the digital print and when you receive your package it has the directions on how to get your download. It gives you a free code that you are supposed to use to get a free digital download even though I already paid for it. First it wouldn't let me look at pictures at all and then the promo code didn't work. I had to call the company several times and they said things like, "Oh it should work now." on the good side, I found an electronics job within minutes of leaving this guy. being I was one of those 6,780 veterans that were going to ITT-Tech that was relying on the GI BILL to get through my last term in school...
