I’ve been a frequent shopper at EXPRESS for the past 15 years, and their clothing continues to be top notch. The Express Cash promotions always keep me coming back, and I truly enjoy visiting the Vancouver location. Everyone I’ve met — from the manager, Dee, to Charli, one of the sales associates — consistently provides exceptional customer service. Was in there to buy a suit. The lady who helped me was annoyed the whole time and acted like I was there wasting her time like I didn’t have the money to buy a suit bc I wasn’t dressed the nicest. Then continued to have an attitude with me like I was stupid while I was leaving the store because I walked by a locked door which I knew was locked. Men’s warehouse downstairs helped me get my $500 suit I needed.
Gone are the tasteful graphic tee’s and artistic button downs. Now full of dull collared shirts since the buy-out. They should’ve changed the name because it’s not at all what it used to be less than a year ago
