Great experience. I was having a hard time finding a load for one of my drivers and a load from EFB came up in my search. Hesitant at first bc EFB was not factorable at the time and 15 days to pay.. However, the broker (Jackie) was so communicative and professional we decided to give it a shot & I'm glad we did. We were paid in full and plan to do loads with EFB in the future!

Try not to book any load with this company. They are so nice and communicative until you deliver their load. Once that happens they won't pick up the phone and just ignores you for more than 3 weeks. I still haven't got paid for load i did in the beginning of Dec. On rate sheet it says 3 days pay and when you tell them what they promised they dont say anything and just ignores you. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR THE HEADACHES

EFB Export is the best transportation company you could ever work with, they are very customer service oriented, they give you a very good option to ship your cargo, they have vast experience on heavy machinery and also with any other type of cargo you need to move. A very reccomended company.
