Team at Expo Rentals Richmond Airport YVR location went above and beyond to help us and supply a fantastic car at such short notice for a road trip , we always rent from them . Will definitely be using them again .They Accept debit deposit , cash deposit for car rentals . No credit card no problem.
The reviews were right. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Before renting the car, I purchased the insurance coverage that cost around $40. When I returned the vehicle, they found a scratch on the side door about the size of a finger. Since I genuinely did not know how it happened, I told them exactly that. Guy in the picture was a great guy (forgot his name haha) and good driver as he shuttled us to the airport! Nice friendly and fast service. **I wish they would temporarily update on google maps that they are currently in the hotel sandman while the main building is under renovation.** Good service otherwise! Car was clean and good condition.
