Great car, great customer service and smooth process overall!
I had an excellent experience renting a car from rent a car expo. The process was quick and easy, the staff were friendly and professional, and the car was clean and in great condition.
Posting this for a friend who just got ripped off by these guys. She returned the car in perfect condition on Oct 13 took clear photos, no damage at all. Days later, they hit her with a $1,500 charge plus a random $50 no email, no call, no explanation. She had to call them just to find out they were claiming a “cracked windshield,” which is total BS. She rents cars all the time and takes care of them. This company is shady as hell don’t fall for it. Avoid NU / Expo Rent A Car at all costs.
I’ve rented cars for years but, always through legit, well known rental companies directly at the airport and TURO. I’ve never experienced anything even close to this nightmare. My sister was visiting me in Vancouver for Thanksgiving, and I was with her the entire weekend in the rental car the whole time. There was zero damage when it was returned.
