I have had some bad experiences at furniture stores. My ikea couches lasted 6 months. My Ashley couch was ok but customer service was non existent. Almost instantly I was welcomed into the store. I told him my budget and pshhh no problem! He showed me a couch I liked it but he hit me with the “oh wait there’s more!” And I’m glad he did he kept showing me more couches I feel like they got better and better till I finally found one I liked. Took my 84 year old mom to look for a couch or recliner to fit her needs. We received the BEST customer service from Van. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and not in a hurry to push us to a decision or to a more expensive purchase. Together we found the perfect fit for her. After visiting numerous furniture stores, I stopped in Expo and found exactly what I wanted in about 5 minutes. Very good price, and they delivered and set up the next day for a very small fee. Abraham was a calm and patient salesman, and did not try to over sell me at all. In the future, I will shop here before going anywhere else. They've been in business for 25 years and I can understand why.

Can't use enough words to Thanks Ibrahim helping us choose a really good sectional couch. Really good customer service and let you take all the time you need to choose not pushy at all. we'll recommend this store for a really good quality and variety of home furniture and rugs.

BUYER BEWARE! If I could leave less than a one star rating, I would give EXPO FURNITURE GALLERY a “0”! They start out promising you everything but then things go downhill from there. First, we purchased a CalKing BeautyRest mattress with a set delivery date. After completing the purchase, we received a call stating they didn’t have the mattress in stock after all and they needed to provide us with a “loaner” until the mattress became available.
