I phoned and then came into the store. I'm willing to pay for the full price for you guys to order the parts but I want to keep my phone until the parts arrived. What a waste of time I'll just order a new phone. I can't wait for 2 weeks while it's only the camera being replaced. I don't get why I can't pay out right for the parts and then bring my phone in to be repaired. I don't get it you give me a quotation over the phone and I come in the next day to pay and you don't want it
Waste of time. Called ahead. Brought iPhone into store on a Saturday for a battery replacement. I troubleshot the charging problem and said maybe it could use a new charging port as well. The young man at counter said they had a battery but no charging port replacement and it could be 2 weeks to order. So knowing by experience the battery change is an hour of labor, I went to store everyday for 3 days and each time was told it was getting fixed, next in line, and the so on.
