Scam. I booked through Groupon, she canceled less than 20 hours before the appointment. She redeemed the voucher without me ever using it. I mentioned the negative reviews she had and she told me she will be filing a “cease and dismiss” (lol) and a gag order for slander.
Booked a massage for my birthday through Groupon and it was a scam. She won’t answer the phone to give you the address when you drive to the business it’s not in this location she is using the address to springpack health care llc.
Scam. Nothing in location, was asked to reschedule but no confirmation was sent and Groupon was marked as used. This is not a real bussiness, just a scam.
I am the owner of Expert's Touch Salon Spa and Winery and as you can see I had to post a public review. This is a fake page that one of them that has reviewed created. They have infringed upon my intellectual properties and created this page. They are Groupon customer's they are upset because they did not receive a refund. But they have gotten one now. Keeps getting removed: Just like the other review. Paid for service made 2 appointments and canceled both. Yet she called my spouse a name in a text exchange. This is her response but I am bleeping out the actual cuss word used. "B$%ch I don't have wos I have life which you surly will have moving forward" this was in response to saying "I'm sorry for your woes and if I got snappy but im sure you can understand my being upset.
