Expertech here in Lubbock is now our Go To phone and tablet repair shop. We were in a bind and needed a couple of business IPads repaired fast so I found them on Google. Matt and Daniel were very knowledgeable, professional and treated me like family. I have already told many people about this great local business!
I had a black out screen and wanted to get it fix. When I got there he said it's $40 to check what's wrong with the phone. I was fine with that. But when it came to the screen part, it cost $320 when I heard that I knew he was lying. I bought my screen and it only costed $230 to order my phone. I felt ripped off by the price he was giving me. And i still had to pay for him to put the screen. Great thing I didn't went back. Spending a whole check just on a screen is wild.
Very helpful and informative! He completed my request within a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the process. Did not overcharge for the request.
My ps5 was crashing like crazy then we took it to them and now it's perfect good as new and great customer service!!
Super friendly and great to work with. I had some UPSs I needed to recycle and they were very helpful considering it was 8 of them. Sorry again for not dusting them off before I dropped them off but thank you for recycling them for me!
