Last year I got stuck with a late fee because he never sent my returns. I figured this could happen to anyone although people told me that since this is his sole job, this should never happen. Very unreliable! Tried to make an appointment and every time that I was given a time to meet with the owner he never shows up. Every time I called to find out why he did not show up he had a different story. He is very rude too. Please don’t waste your time here. Not worth it.
