These people can not efile and they will not tell you that either. If we would have known this last year we would have not used them and they never told us this either. We ended up finding out on our own through the irs. I would not recommend them because of this.
Not informed of inability to e-file or that we needed to mail in forms to IRS. We could have missed the 4/15 deadline had we not investigated
My taxes were severely messed up and I'm still dealing with the irs a year later. I had to take then back to be corrected several times. IRS told me not to use them again.
Melinda was excellent! This is the second time we have used her and she is very understanding, funny and works in a timely manner. She comes 100% recommend. We will be back. See you in 2022! The Mofields.
