Beware of this guy. Hes great salesman and I fell for it. . Showed up an hour late worked for 3.5 hours. Only sealing off the crawlspace of my home and never touched where the bats even were. In the soffits. Didn’t bring adequate ladders to even reach where they were. Then after the 3.5 hours demanded 5K of the 6K job. I gave in and gave him 3K for the extremely minimal amount of work he had done. Saying he’d be back and would have to check about renting a lift at additional costs. I had raccoons in my attic, Yuck! I didn't realize they were even there until my alarm stopped working. I called the alarm company for repair and they found raccoons had broken wires in the attic. They wouldn't fix the issue until the raccoons were gone, due to the danger to their technicians. On a recommendation from a neighbor I called Expert wildlife solutions, they showed up quick, and removed the coons, cleaned the attic, and sealed the house so critters can not re-enter the house.
