Initial taxes done in timely manner but not correct. Had to have them done correctly. Then received a K-1 schedule. Dropped it off, wrote on it to contact me to discuss it. I made several call but no answer. I was never called to discuss it but I was called 7 months later to pick it up, due in 5 days and pay $50.00 for ammendment. If it had been done in a timely manner and they had called me and discussed it I would understand. I understand covd has changed things but customer service should NOT be one.
