I recently started working with Pierre to rehab a back injury. On my first visit, I was impressed how many staffers came into the lobby and greeted people by name. It seemed like every person in the clinic knew each individual patient. It turns out - that’s true. Within a few appointments everyone was greeting me by name and were invested in my progress. A multitude of treatment options were used to ensure I made it back to 100%. Highly recommend the team as a whole!
My first appointment was at the Orleans location. I debated booking another appointment as I really liked my physiotherapist Pierre but did not enjoy the location. It is in a big open warehouse-style space with many beds. Every treatment bed has a curtain around it (kind of like a hospital room) in which people come in and out (as many helpers help the physio). Updating my review at this location. Jothi was an incredible physio along with her team, but since I've been seeing Alberto for treatment in the past week or so, he is definitely an expert physio as well. His knowledge and care have greatly reduced my recurring tennis elbow issues that were originally being treated by Jothi, and I'm seeing significant results in a much quicker span of time! This place is great for healing and their staff is excellent.
