Alert .. Never be fooled to use them.. They take your money and never provide a close to even fair service. Hired them for unlawful detention and they got $870 in advance. They filed the UD after so many emails and phone calls and the tenant left the apartment before they were able to give me a court date. Robert recommended I get a lawyer which he will hire for an extra $350 but there was no need for one .. UPDATE: The owner of this company (Robert) called me last night threatening me that if I do not take down my review, he will sue me. He said he has "150 lawyer friends who all owe him favors" and that it will "cost you a lot of money to defend yourself". He then hung up on me. I tried to call him back to discuss it rationally and he threatened me again and hung up on me again. I am not all happy with the service from Expert Eviction. I will never recommend anyone for his service. He is unprofessional, unorganized, and he acts like he doesn't know what he is doing. If there is anyone who tries to use this service... run.... find someone that is capable to do the job.
THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM! I paid them $548 to for an eviction. Robert botched up the 3 day notice by not putting a date, told me he had friends who were judges that would write it in later. When I told him that's not how I do business and we wouldn't be able to proceed with the eviction, he said he would refund and never did. Now Robert claims not to work with the company anymore despite the fact that the phone number goes directly to him, and when I asked for the company's number he hung up on me.
