Tim is a great guy and vary knowledgeable adout all types of clocks.
My experience with this service - I do NOT recommend using for anything. Tim D, bad karma to write his own review. He DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STARS. He's incompetent, unprofessional and irresponsible. Will report to BBB.
Very poor service . Paid for a clock to be repaired, brought home and still not working. Never returned phone calls. Got Better Business Bureau involved and they never got a response from the business either. When pay for a service, expect it to work, or at least the courtesy of a returned phone call after several attempts to reach have been made.
I had an awesome experience @ Expert Clock They did a great job for me & the price was as fair as any other clock shop I've used. Unlike the other review someone left. I am pleased & would do business with Expert Clock again.
