While searching for an alternative method to alleviate my severe neck pain; I discovered Expert Body Wellness. Liz Ingalls is an experienced healer who, through a series of sessions greatly improved my range of motion and pain in my neck.
Liz is an incredibly warm and amazing healer. I went to her with severe back pain and felt so much improvement with her multiple therapy approach. Her knowledge, ability and intuitive approach to was a huge help to my recovery.
Liz Ingalls is a genius and one of the most gifted healers I know. She completely alleviated my back pain and my 92 year old moms brutal sciatic. Of all the body workers I have seen over the last 30 years she rates at the top.
