Extremely unprofessional! $500 were not returned to me and they charged me $250 more for nothing!

The best! Staff is just the best
Thieves! I rented a car. & barely used it. Bc of all the hidden charges & fees. I was scared to. It'sbeen over a month & I still haven't recieved my 500$ security deposit! They won't call or email me back. They've redacted their emails! STAY AWAY!!
Can't say enough good things about this company. I received a free update upon arrival to a Jaguar F-Pace which was unexpected, super clean and looked brand new. The staff said when I asked why I received a free upgrade that they choose random guests to give free upgrades to which is just awesome. I was in and out of the rental office in a few minutes, they answered all my questions, I received electronic copies of everything to include the rental agreement, vehicle inspection report, and receipts.
