Excellent, consistent service everytime. Cars are immaculate and pick up is always on time. Communication is great
Would not recommend this place at all. We got held up at the airport and when I messaged them they said it was not a valid reason and would not hold the car. And they would not answer the phone, they would only communicate by text.
Extremely unprofessional! $500 were not returned to me and they charged me $250 more for nothing! UPDATE: unfortunately I rented with this company that is committing this crime with me and other customers, how do I know about this? because there are other reviews with the same problem I'm having with this company! my credit card did not accept my dispute because I did not have the contract to prove that the deposit had to be returned, this is further proof of how terrible this company is because I did not have a copy of my c... read more
