I have now used Experience Rides twice over the last year, most recently an 8 day rental. I will use them every time I need a rental, no more Turo or chain car rental companies! From start to finish, the entire process is a breeze and the owners are pleasant, super knowledgeable and accommodating. They have a ton of helpful YouTube ‘how to’ videos. Rented a vehicle from them over 8 months ago and tonight while on line I got a message from my bank saying experience rides tried to get $298.00 from my account and whether or not I authorized it, What could I possibly owe you for 6 months later ?? No invoice what so ever , nothing detailed about where my money was going to be allocated. Shame on you thieves!!!!!!I don't understand , not really trying to understand but leave my account alone before I press charges for THEFT! Warning no.#1
