Overall a negative experience renting a car from ELL. Lots of miscommunication from the staff when renting in regards to pick up and drop off times. I ended up having to pay extra charges that I didn’t agree to because of their miscommunications. When trying to remedy the situation I was treated very disrespectfully as the staff member spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner. The establishment definitely lacks professionalism.

I went in Moraine Lake Store to find pants for my daughter. There was one particular lady who displayed ineffective customer dealing skills. I asked her a question and her attitude was rude and unaccommodating. My daughter even said she rolled her eyes when I was flipping through the pants to find the right size. Employees who work at retail stores should provide good customer service and exhibit professionalism as bare minimum. The associate was unhelpful and showed a lot of attitude.
