Wish google would make negative reviews for Experian. They made mistake with my social where my info is appearing on someone else’s report. Ive been trying to remedy this issue dor months. 1/ All of their customer support lines do not connect you to a live representative 2/ even if you submit forms online they never get back to you 3/ experian facebook messenger also doesn’t work. It’s like their help and support is intentionally set up this way to avoid clients needing help.
Makes no sense how THIS "agency" is able to operate. It's as if they're a shadow company that doesn't exist. I really think they're stealing people's information and selling it. What a scam, it appears nothing can be done about them.
I am really confused with why there is no way to reach a person on the phone for their credit bureau. This needs to be fixed asap
Never returned my legal documents. Called and emailed Experian and still nothing. It’s been months. What do you guys plan to do with my citizenship?? 🤔
Horrible Credit Bureau. I paid off a credit card in collection, furnished them a bank statement and a screenshot of the account paid off on the creditors website and they would not act on the evidence nor do a proper investigation. These people are criminals causing people damages over their conduct. They should be closed down for violations of the FCRA and the damages they caused people. Class action lawsuits have been settled by Experian. Yet they still violate people's rights over and over again.
