Absolute worst store and Apple customer service provider. I've tried utilizing their services several times here in Logan UT. Today being the latest. Went in to have a "Tab" key replaced on my MacBook. It literally snaps into place, but was told it would be 2 - 3 days to work it into their repair schedule. Scam Company - watch out! Got lured in by their discounts and bought a MacBookPro from them on cyber Monday. Amex approved my charge, they charged my card, then I got a mysterious cancellation email due to a "validation problem." Bizarre way of doing business.
