The business staff here are crooks. Our daughter went in for medical care on two occasions and never received a bill. They did send ads to her email which Google rightfully identified as spam. If they sent a bill by email, it was not received. They did not mail a paper bill. In less than one month after the two visits, they helped themselves to payment by charging our credit card which they had on file from a previous payment. We go weekly for allergy shots & love this urgent care. The hours & care are like no other. This flu season has them very busy & they are incredible. Iâm so impressed with the care & kindness from every team member. The compassion & smiles are such a comfort. You can see itâs busy & they value every person they treat. They understand your time is valuable. The new sign in shows you your wait time. They can text you updates too. Iâve been a nurse over 20 years are definitely highly recommend RH Expercare!!!!!

Professional and extremely competent. Sometimes a long wait but thatâs too be expected. Everyone is very caring.
From front desk to back office everyone is always nice, professional, and compassionate. Always listens to the patient's needs, and diagnoses quickly. Not the typical urgent care facility in that the wait time is next to nothing.

The staff was pleasant and Drs. attended to my needs. I gave a three-star because it's been three days and I'm still waiting on a call for labs
Receptionist very rude and unprofessional Asked for a status update, after waiting for over an hour with two sick kids. She look straight at me and help several other people before helping me, the other young lady whom was working as well, reminded her that I was still waiting, her response was, âoh I forgot, Iâm doing so many thingsâ as Iâm standing there. Never had a long wait or issue with this clinic, which is why I have continued to come but today has placed a very bad feeling about the services.
Great care and the staff was excellent!
