Technician was very knowledgeable and informative. Went above and beyond.
Contacted Expel about a rodent issue. Tim came to my house and went above and beyond! He was extremely thorough in closing off all access points, and even educated me about rodents behavior. My family really appreciates Tim for all that he did to help us out. Never realized how important exterminators are until you're traumatized by pests. I highly recommend this company and Tim especially!
Very Professional Staff. When I called them to come out they came that same day and took care of problem. Staff member Daniel came to rid ants from my house and got rid of them. They also come out to do our annual inspections and always do their job!!! Very pleased with their service. Would highly recommend this business.
One of their drivers drove very aggressively and tried to maneuver in such a way as to prevent me from getting on to the highway when there was a lot of traffic. Dangerous and not appreciated. Maybe working with the insecticides improperly have caused him some brain damage I do not know!
