Jess has been amazing to work with. I had tried diet and exercise before trying to loose some weight but nothing was working. I started seeing Jess after a friend had been to her and I saw what she was doing was working. Jess taught me the tools I needed to help me along the path to achieving my goal. I am still on my way to getting to my goal but with her help I know I’ll be able to get there.
Before my son’s wedding I decided to make a change. My goal was to loose body fat and maintain muscle. My old ways were to just cut calories and skip meals loose weight. This time I trusted the expert and Jess was so good to help me. Now I am full all of the time and trusted her with what to do. Not only do I now have a better relationship with food but my body is happy and I have lost body fat. This change now is my new normal with food and not just for an event.
