I came to Expedition Wellness with a goal to gain muscle and mass. Although this wasn't their traditional specialty, they gladly welcomed me and were SO accommodating to my unique personal preferences and goals. I’m almost a year into my weight loss journey/ experience with Expedition Wellness and it’s been such a great year of learning & growing.
