Our experience with Expediter Services has been extremely disappointing and concerning. From the beginning, communication has been inconsistent and, at times, misleading. We were repeatedly pressured to return to service after an accident, despite the fact that the vehicle had not yet undergone a completed DOT inspection at that time. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Expediter Services needs to be shared for anyone considering doing business with them. From the beginning, communication and transparency were major issues. There were multiple instances where information was either delayed, incomplete, or inconsistent. Friendly and professional staff. Nice and peaceful atmosphere. For the driver's, the Driver Lounge has restrooms 🚻 male and female, laundry area,☕️ coffee area, refrigerator, microwave, drink and snack vending machines 🍪🧃, clean showers🚿, leather reclining chairs and sofa for comfort. Work station for drivers that need fax, print, internet, phone calls etc.
